We also offer a variety of children’s accounts, including Student Checking, Youth Savings, and even a special share certificate account that’s designed specifically with kids in mind.

Imagine the safety and security you will have helping your students learn about financial responsibility with our Card Control® app that allows you to turn your kids’ cards on or off, putting spending limits in place, track their spending and even sending them alerts every time the card is used.
How it works.
This account is only for children ages 12-17, and must be opened with a joint owner or guardian that is 18 years of age or older. Members who open a checking membership can also request a Debit Card.
It works just like a MasterCard® card, except transactions are deducted from your checking membership. Use it anywhere MasterCard® is accepted, even online or for mail orders. Your debit card can also be used as an ATM card. Kelly Community members get free world-wide ATM access at any ATM bearing the MoneyPass logo or the Pulse logo.
