We Are Expanding To Better Serve Our KCFCU Members
Since our humble beginnings over 55 years ago, we have continued our commitment to serve our members’ financial needs. That commitment has enabled us to successfully grow our membership. However, we have outgrown our office space!
Kelly Community Federal Credit Union is excited to announce that we will soon be moving our Contact Center, employee training area, and back office support services departments to our new administration building. We’ve been eagerly waiting for construction on the new KCFCU Administration facility to begin. The new building will be located directly behind our Grande Branch location. Construction is scheduled to be completed in the Fall of 2019.
As our digital banking services continue to successfully expand, we have had to hire more professionals in order to better serve our members. Upon completion of the new administration building, we will remodel and better utilize the space of the Grande Branch lobby. Our remodeled lobby will be updated with new technology to fulfill our commitment of banking security and convenience for our members.
In addition to the new administration building and the lobby remodel, the City of Tyler has approved extending the road that runs alongside the Sonic and from Old Jacksonville Hwy. The road will run behind the adjacent banks to the Grande parking lot, so that we will have convenient, direct access from Old Jacksonville Hwy.
