What do texting and fraud prevention have to do with each other? Everything, when they protect our members!
Kelly Community is striving to serve our members with excellence and part of that commitment is introducing services that help our members combat the hazards of fraud. We recently introduced real time text alerts* that are being sent to the mobile number associated with a member’s account at the credit union. When there is a potential fraud risk on your account, you will receive a text message asking you to validate your purchase. Simply respond with a “Yes” or “No” and your purchase will proceed based on your response.
Our new texting alerts flag higher than normal purchases or purchases that the system considers a potential high risk for fraud. No identifying information is transmitted, keeping your account information completely safe. The system allows us to communicate with you quickly and minimizes everyone’s exposure to potential loss. Please ensure that your current mobile number is associated with your account so that you can receive texting alerts. This service is completely FREE for all Kelly Community members and is another way that we help you DO MORE!
