Forgotten Password Reset
Step 1 – Go to CU Online’s forgot password page
Step 2 – Enter your Username that you have previously set up with the credit union (case sensitive) then click Submit
Step 3 – Using the dropdown arrow, select the email address that you want to use.
Step 4 – An email with a temporary password will be sent to your email address.
Step 5 – Click “Back to Sign In”
Step 6 – When checking your e-mail for the temporary password, open a second browser window (ex: internet explorer).
Step 7 – Open your personal email and copy the temporary password.
Step 8 – Type in your Username, paste the temporary password, and Sign In. (You have 20 minutes to do this)
Step 9 – If you are logging in from a previously registered computer/device, enter your new password and verify your password. (Your new password must contain at least 10 characters and include three of the following: uppercase characters [A-Z]; lowercase characters [a-z]; numerical digits [0-9]; or special characters [~!@#$%^&].) If you are logging in from an unregistered computer/device, you will need to select the security image that you chose during initial setup.
Step 10 – You now have the option to register your computer by clicking the box by “Register this computer for future use.” This will allow you to log in by only using your username and password. (Note: You will be able to register more than one computer, e.g. work and home)
Step 11 – Enter the temporary password (copy & paste). Enter your new password and verify your password.
CU Online First Time User Instructions
Please Note: All online user accounts must be set up with a credit union representative prior to initial login in order to better protect your online accounts.
Step 1 – Go to CU Online’s forgot password page

Step 9 – CU Online uses enhanced security features and will take you to a Security Screen.
Step 10 – Choose image of your choice and click Confirm. (Make note of the image you have chosen, as you will need to know this image when you log in from an unregistered computer.)
Step 11 – You are at the Change Password screen; enter your new password two times and click Submit. (Your new password must contain at least 10 characters and include three of the following: uppercase characters [A-Z]; lowercase characters [a-z]; numerical digits [0-9]; or special characters [~!@#$%^&].)
Step 12 – If you would like CU Online to remember your computer/device, you will now need to logout of your account.
Step 13 – Click “Back to Sign In”
Step 14 – Login using your username and new password.
Step 15 – Click Sign In
Step 16 – Select the image you have previously chosen.
Step 17 – You now have the option to register your computer for easier future access to your account by utilizing the Device Registration. This allows you to log in by only using your username and password. (Note: You will be able to register more than one computer, e.g. work and home)
Step 18 – Check the Register Device box.
Step 19 – Click on Continue and your CU Online account access is complete.
