Michelle Small is the Captain of our ship at Kelly Community. She daily encourages, supports and leads her staff to excel in each and every position. Michelle is another spectacular example of how hard work and dedication can lead to success. Michelle was welcomed as CEO in 2015 after over 12 years of rising through the ranks with great triumph. Michelle has furthered her education by graduating from the Southwest CUNA Management School held at Texas Christian University.

Tina Mauch, Vice President of Operations
Canadian Eh? Tina Mauch joined Kelly Community in 2006 after moving to Tyler, Texas, from Canada where she previously worked in the financial industry. Tina ensures members are promptly and professionally served through a full range of services while overseeing administration and development of all branches. Though she may slip in an “eh” occasionally, we like to think we have successfully converted Tina to a true Texan.

Resident football enthusiast and Underwriter, Gary Green joined Kelly Community in 2012 as a Mortgage Loan Officer. By reaching extraordinary results, Gary quickly rose through the ranks from Underwriter to his current position as Vice President of Lending in 2015. Gary’s extensive experience as a lending expert in the financial industry has prepared him to excel in this position.

As Human Resources Officer, Joy Youngblood is one of Kelly Community’s “MVP’s,” leading and overseeing Kelly Community's fluidly evolving human resources department. Joy joined the credit union in 2003 as Administrative Assistant, rose through the ranks over the years working with systems, facilities, and compliance, eventually earning her position on the senior management team. She obtained a designation as a Credit Union Development Educator in 2010, and is a certified Franklin Covey productivity training facilitator.

Following a very circuitous path through life led Rae to Kelly Community in 2016 and she is very excited to be here! Rae greatly enjoys the many different opportunities that a Marketing Director gets to engage in daily and loves that her ever-changing responsibility landscape is one marketing adventure after another. Rae's experience as a Director in the marketing and media communications fields have prepared her to creatively take the lead in all things "marketing" for Kelly Community.

Amy Ridgeway, 5th Street Branch Manager
Resident accessory queen, Amy joined Kelly Community in 2003 and has since worn multiple hats with style in various capacities within each branch. Amy is currently Branch Manager for our 5th Street branch. With experience in human resources and past expertise as an insurance agent, Amy knows the value in supporting her team and encouraging them to reach extraordinary heights.

Jessica Pierce, Grande Branch Manager
Organized and a great sense of humor help Jessica, our Grande Branch Manager, juggle all the balls she keeps in the air while running our busy location. After joining the Kelly Community family in 2015 as a Financial Services Assistant, Jessica was promoted to Branch Supervisor of our Highway 31 branch, and then asked to step in as the Grande Branch Manager. Her positive attitude is always refreshing and Jessica's commitment to excellence ensures that our members are receiving the best service possible.
