Find Your Updated Credit Score in Online Banking

Your more most current credit score is now available in Online Banking.

 

We provide you an updated credit score every three months to help you avoid potential fraud in your name and also to help you keep track of and improve your finances.

 

Things like paying off some of your debt and making payments on time raise your credit score.

 

If your score goes down, you may have more debt than you did three months ago, or a lender may have reported you late on a payment. Someone also could have opened an account in your name. It’s really important to review the reason your credit score went down (you can get there from Online Banking, too). Lenders and collection agencies sometimes make mistakes. You can dispute those immediately.

 

To view your credit score in our mobile app:

  1. Tap the menu button.
  2. Select “My FICO Score.”
  3. That’s it!

 

If you find activity you don’t recognize on your credit report, like accounts you didn’t open, please report them immediately using the tools in the app.
