LeCandace and Tramon Shead: Kelly Helped When Everyone Else Said No

LeCandace and Tramon Shead have been banking with Kelly Community for about a year now and happily share their praise for the credit union. LeCandace recently told us what she looks for in a financial institution. She is impressed with a credit union willing to help a member no matter the situation and appreciates the supportive attitude of every employee at Kelly Community. She described the credit union as “a listening ear, always willing to help!”

 

Kelly Community helped LeCandace and Tramon through the approval process for a mortgage loan so the couple could buy a house for their family. According to LeCandace, “When everyone else said no, Kelly helped us and told us what we needed to do.” The Sheads moved into their new home with the help of Kelly Community. LeCandace said Kelly Community truly is a family environment and described their experience as a “teary-eyed story.”
