Renee Krammes: Member since 1986

Renee Krammes is from Chandler, Texas, and has been a Senior Patient Account Representative for 22 years at Christus Mother Frances. Renee opened her first account with Kelly Community in 1986. She had just gotten married one year before joining the credit union, and the newlyweds decided that Kelly Community would be a good match for them. Renee says she and her husband used this account and debit cards for many years.

 

After losing her husband in November of 2022, Renee needed to close their old account and open a new one in her name only. She visited the branch on 5th Street and was assisted by a very helpful young man. He successfully closed out her checking, savings, and money market accounts and created new ones in her name. Renee found that the employee at Kelly Community was eager to help and make accommodations for her. She received new checks without charge and even had her new account fee waived!
